Exhibitors may access the exhibition hall between 18:30 - 21:00 on Wednesday 11th November.
Alternatively, access is available between 07:00 - 08:00 on Thursday 12th November before delegates arrive.

🍴Pre-conference Social Dinner
The Pre-conference Social Dinner will take place between 19:00 and 23:45 on Wednesday 11th November 2026 at The Biscuit Factory, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 1AN.

Complimentary shuttle buses have been arranged to and from the Hilton Gateshead from 18:45 (last return from The Biscuit Factory at 00:15). The bus pick up will be outside the main front entrance at both venues.

🫖 Refreshments and Lunch
Refreshments for the main conference attendees and exhibitors will be served throughout the day in the Exhibition areas, along with lunch at 12:10 - 13:25.
Refreshments for the EduHub attendees will be served outside of meeting rooms 6-8, with lunch being served upstairs in the main exhibition areas at 12:10 - 13:25.
The conference runs alongside the exhibition, located in the Oakwellgate, Hillgate and Gateshead Suite Foyer. You can view the exhibition floor plan here.
🥂 PureTech Networking Drinks Reception - Awards Dinner
Thursday 12th November 2026

The drinks reception includes a choice of prosecco, beer or a soft drink. This is a great opportunity to network with colleagues and exhibitors before dinner.
🏆 Annual Awards Dinner
The Gateshead Suite will also host the Annual Conference and Awards Dinner on the evening of Thursday 12th November.

Please note that if we have been notified about any dietary requirements then you will be provided a suitable option, make yourself known to a member of staff who will confirm which meals are suitable for you on the day.

Charity
Our chosen 2026 charity is The Bubble Foundation (www.bubblefoundation.org.uk) who support children with life-threatening immune conditions on Ward 3 at the Great North Children’s Hospital. More information here!
