The Annual Event includes a pre-conference social evening on 11th November 2026, followed by the EduHub Event for Apprentices on 12th November and the ISPE Annual Awards Dinner, celebrating excellence across the sector.

The Pre-Conference Social Event will take place at 19:00 on Wednesday 11th November 2026. 


Eduhub Event for Apprentices 

The Eduhub Event will take place between 09:00 and 16:00 on Thursday 12th November 2026. 

Awards Dinner Registrations

The Annual Awards Dinner will take place at 18:30 on Thursday 12th November 2026.

ISPE Annual Awards Dinner

The ISPE Annual Awards Dinner is regularly attended by over 400 of the UK's top decision makers and leaders in the pharmaceutical engineering arena, along with their clients. This really is a networking event not to be missed!

Dress code: Formal evening attire (Black tie optional; suits welcome).

Between 29 days & 10 days before the start of the Event - 50% Refund (less 10% handling fee)

Early bird rates:

Please be aware that your registration must be paid within 28 days of the early bird deadline in order to benefit from the lower rate. Any registrations which have not been paid for after this grace period will automatically be increased to the higher rate and a new invoice will be submitted.
