NEW THIS YEAR - Pre-Conference Social Dinner!

An informal pre-conference social networking dinner on Wednesday evening, offering a relaxed opportunity to connect with delegates, sponsors and exhibitors who attend ahead of the main event. 

Location: The Biscuit Factory, 16 Stoddart Street, Shieldfield, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 1AN
Time: The Pre-Conference Social Event will take place at 19:00 on Wednesday 11th November 2026.
Prices: Individual Pre-Conference Social Ticket: £50

ISPE Annual Awards Dinner

Payment instructions: Payment may be made by debit/credit card or bank transfer.

Credit/Debit Cards: Please use our secure Online Card Payment system. If you have any difficulties, please contact CFS Events on +44 (0)1438 751519. Please note: your card statement will show payment to "CFS Events Ltd".

Invoice Payment: If your registration is to be paid by an invoice, it is your responsibility to ensure payments are made prior to the event.

  • Please forward the invoice you will receive upon registration to the correct person in your finance department.
  • Please also provide CFS Events with the contact details of the person responsible for making payment in the box below or by calling +44 (0) 1438 751519.
  • If your finance department will not pay an invoice without first issuing a purchase order number, enter the number in the box below and notify CFS Events so that a second invoice can be forwarded on.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation of Registration

More than 30 days before the start of the Event - 100% Refund (less 10% handling fee)

Between 29 days & 10 days before the start of the Event - 50% Refund (less 10% handling fee)

9 days or less before the start of the Event - 0% Refund

All cancellations to be made by email to: refunds@cfsevents.co.uk 

Cancellation of Accommodation:

Please check the cancellation terms specific to the hotel you have booked. These can be found on your confirmation email.

Early bird rates:

Please be aware that your registration must be paid within 28 days of the early bird deadline in order to benefit from the lower rate. Any registrations which have not been paid for after this grace period will automatically be increased to the higher rate and a new invoice will be submitted.
