2026 ISPE UK Affiliate Annual Event Registration Site

This year’s ISPE UK Annual Conference, “The Bridge to Innovation” will spotlight cutting-edge developments across the life sciences sector, bringing the community together in Newcastle to explore the technologies, ideas and partnerships shaping the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

The Annual Event includes a pre-conference social evening on 11th November 2026, followed on 12th November by the Conference & Exhibition, the EduHub Event for Apprentices and the ISPE Annual Awards Dinner, celebrating excellence across the sector.

Early bird:  Early bird rates end at midnight on Tuesday 31st March 2026. This applies to pre-conference social event and conference tickets only; all other rates are standard rates. After this time, prices will increase to the standard rate.

Invoice Payment: If your registration is to be paid by an invoice, it is your responsibility to ensure payments are made prior to the event.

Cancellation of Registration

More than 30 days before the start of the Event - 100% Refund (less 10% handling fee)

Between 29 days & 10 days before the start of the Event - 50% Refund (less 10% handling fee)

9 days or less before the start of the Event - 0% Refund

Please check the cancellation terms specific to the hotel you have booked. These can be found on your confirmation email.

Early bird rates:

Please be aware that your registration must be paid within 28 days of the early bird deadline in order to benefit from the lower rate. Any registrations which have not been paid for after this grace period will automatically be increased to the higher rate and a new invoice will be submitted.
