Phil Richardson is the Asset Readiness Lead for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals’ new R&D Headquarters in Cambridge. Phil is a process engineer by background with a doctorate in biochemical engineering. His career has developed from process engineering support to manufacturing processes through capital project management and more recently he has worked in European Site Operations and as AZ Global Lead for Asset Management.
