Registration

The early bird deadline is midnight on Sunday 12 July 2026, after this time, prices will increase.

Trust payments and group bookings will close at midnight on Sunday 16 August 2026

Group Bookings - If you would like to make a group booking, a 10% discount is available on combined bookings of 'in person' tickets over £500. Please contact lucy@cfsevents.co.uk for more details.

 

In person registrations

In-person registration includes full access to the meeting on 16 and 17 September 2026, lunch and refreshments, and a certificate of attendance. You will also have access to presentation recordings for a limited time after the event. Please note this does not include access to the pre-conference workshops. These can be booked separately during the registration process.

Virtual Registrations

Virtual registration includes access to watch the meeting virtually on Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 September via the CFS Events online streaming platform and a certificate of attendance. You will be able to watch the meeting remotely at the time of broadcasting or via recording for a limited time after the event. This does not include access to any workshops.

BAPM Decade Party - Conference Dinner

Conference Dinner

Get ready to celebrate 50 fabulous years of BAPM with the ultimate rewind party! Join us on Wednesday 16 September for a three‑course dinner and disco that will take you on a musical journey from the 70s right through to today. Outfits inspired by your favourite decade from the last 50 years are strongly encouraged.

A delicious set menu will be served on the night, and of course, all dietary requirements will be happily catered for.

The conference dinner will take place in the Conference Theatre at the East Midlands Conference Centre which is approx 11-minute walk from the conference venue. 

Tickets are £55 and includes a 3-course meal, DJ and dance floor. Drinks are not included but can be purchased at the bar.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation of Registration

More than 30 days before the start of the Event - 100% Refund (less 10% handling fee)

Between 29 days & 10 days before the start of the Event - 50% Refund (less 10% handling fee)

9 days or less before the start of the Event - 0% Refund

All cancellations to be made by email to: refunds@cfsevents.co.uk 

Early bird rates:

Please be aware that your registration must be paid within 28 days of the early bird deadline in order to benefit from the lower rate. Any registrations which have not been paid for after this grace period will automatically be increased to the higher rate and a new invoice will be submitted.
